All Shipments will be invoiced at Prices Prevailing at Time of Shipment Sorry, We CANNOT Ship C.O.D.

New Accounts Orders pre-paid with a cashier’s check, money order, certified check or charge card will be shipped promptly. Personal check or store check will delay shipping 1 week.

Damaged Goods UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY. IF LOSS OR DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED SAVE YOUR CARTON! NOTIFY DELIVERY AGENT AT ONCE! (Carriers will not pay claims for freight damage unless they can inspect the damaged carton.) ANY OTHER CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

WHOLESALE We offer Bulk Prices. To purchase Wholesale you must first, Send or Fax us a Copy of your Business License or State Resale Certificate to receive wholesale pricelist and password.

ORDERING Orders may be submitted by using our secure shopping cart, mail, fax, or phone. Our Fax number is: 714-593-5998. Please Note: We Can Not Add or Change Orders Unless the Change is Made the Same Day the Order was Placed. We will be happy to write a New Order for any New Items Needed. Preparation time to Process an Order is 3 to 5 Business Days, except during holidays (from September to December) when preparation may take up to 10 Business Days. All NSF checks will be charged a $25.00 Service Fee.

PICK-UP ORDERS Please give us a 24 to 48 Hour Notice to fill any Order that you wish to Pick-up. Preparation time will depend on the size of the order. Pick-Up Orders are available Monday thru Friday. Saturday Pick-Ups require prior arrangements.

BACK ORDERS Merchandise temporarily “Out-of-stock” WILL NOT BE BACK ORDERED!!! We will attempt to give you a “Time Frame” of when that product will be available, so you may REORDER the merchandise.

SHIPPING We ship via FedEx ground or by pallet, unless requested otherwise. Orders shipped via FedEx are charged residential rates. Standard FedEx shipping time is 3 to 5 Business Days within the US. For faster service we can ship FedEx Express, Priority Overnight (next business morning), Standard Overnight (next business afternoon), First Overnight (Earliest next business morning delivery to select locations), or 2 Day. Cost is determined by size and weight. Selecting FedEx Express, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, First Overnight, or 2 Day will only reduce the time in transit. This will not decrease the preparation time. Cost for pallet shipments are determined by size and weight. We do have other options in shipping your products; so if you have a special need, please just let us know.

Shipping charges are as follows for the U.S.: For purchases $0 - 24.99 include $4.58 for shipping $25 – 49.99 include $5.45 $50 – 99.99 include $6.31 $100 – 174.99 include $8.34 $175 - $249.99 include $8.76

For purchases exceeding $250 within the U.S or international orders please allow up to 72 hours for our fulfillment department to quote shipping charges.

CLAIMS How Claims are handled is “dependent” on whether your merchandise is: 1) Lost in Transit 2) Damaged in Transit 3) Missing from Order 4) Defective 5) Wrong Merchandise Sent 1) Lost in Transit: Contact CITW and a Tracer will be sent on your shipment. 2) Damaged in Transit: File Claim with carrier (most carriers requires a waiting period before they will accept a claim, please check with carrier). 3) Missing from Order: Upon receipt of Order, if you find it incomplete, check invoice to see if you were billed for missing item/items. Contact CITW and we will look into the problem. 4) Defective: Contact CITW and we replace the merchandise. 5) Wrong Merchandise Sent: Contact CITW and we will have you return the item (we will reimburse you for shipping cost) and quickly ship you the proper merchandise.

EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE CITW will accept exchange merchandise less 15% for restocking if we are notified within 30 Days of receipt of Order and Merchandise is unused. Any defective merchandise or errors on the part of CITW will be replaced without handling charges. Restocking fee will also be charged to any unauthorized returns.

PRICE CHANGES Due to cost fluctuations beyond our control, All Prices are Subject to Change Without Notice. We also reserve the right to make changes in Policy Without Notice. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any changes in Price and/or Policy.
